Whether one performs an emotional health needs assessment proactively or re-actively, it is still the same list of emotional health needs.
The assessment visualizes each of your emotional health needs as if each was a bucket, and asks you to quantify how “full” are your buckets? Hence this assessment is called “The Bucket Check”.
