I woke up this morning and felt “edgy”. I realized this after a few episodes of grouchiness. I went to my bucket chart and realized, my bucket labeled ‘Need to feel Accepted’ received a big dent yesterday as a friend had talked at length about how people would be happier if they just ‘made themselves workout’ as this would increase endorphins and make them feel and look better.

After doing a ‘Bucket Check’, I realized my emotional needs bucket labeled ‘Need to Feel Accepted’ is low. My next step was to think about when/where/what’s happening during those times I feel accepted.
